Silver Bullet Defense

I thought that there would be a really good chance that we would lose this game tonight against SC, but wow. I really didn't expect them to not even contend.

Now with three big game loses, and one Big Ten loss, with Todd B. behind center it has to be obvious he is not going to get us anywhere. Everytime Pryor came in we looked good, then Todd came back and we punted or turned it over. Mark May was right about everything in this came with the exception of Pryor. He said he would not play much and if he did, he would turn the ball over at least two times. He was the best QB for us tonight and was the option for us to be in this game. The coaches dropped the ball on that one.

I hate to say anything against coach Tressel. He's a great man, a good coach, and he has done great things with the program. However, he has to be more aggressive with using the players that give him the best option and play calling on offense and defense.

I want to be excited about the future of football at Ohio State, but I am starting to worry that a lot of these phenoms that they are recruiting are going to start bailing if they don't get more aggressive.
